I love doing Taco Tuesday and my guys are huge fans as well. The only problem is that sometimes it can get a little monotonous. So instead of standard tacos, I like to shake things up every now and again and do Mexican Fish Tacos as fun change of pace.
This recipe is amazing and comes together in 15 - 20 minutes. It's a simple recipe but the flavor combination is just wonderful. You can change up the fish that you use. Sometimes I'll use tilapia, cod or even mahi but one thing that I never change is the cheese that I use—I always go with Sargento® Shredded Cheese.
Remember Sargento® Shredded Cheese is real, natural cheese. The 4 Cheese Mexican blend that I use in this recipe adds a creamy, smooth flavor that makes the tacos irresistible. I use it in all of my favorite Mexican dishes as it melts quickly and my dishes come out perfectly!
Don't forget that you can pick up a great deal right now at Kroger. You'll save $1 when you purchase any two Sargento® Shredded Cheeses at Kroger. It's the perfect time to stock up on all your favorite varieties.
