If the axe is at 2.99, and you use a b1g1 and buy ten of the participating items, wouldn’t that make each axe $1? Or where am I messing up? Cause it’s 2.99 for both, minus .50 off one, another .50 off the other. That makes it two for 2, making them 1 each? Is that how b1g1 coupons work?
the 2.99 price is after the .50 cent discount for buying ten. kroger will ring up each at half price, which is 1.49 and you get one free making it a 1.49 for both.
Actually, as far as the Axe goes, allison^^ is partially right.
Kroger will ring them up at $2.99. Because you get the free item via coupon, the cashier will take the coupon, check the price of the item, and discount the transaction $2.99 (and write in that amount on your coupon before filing it). **Allison, you explained the BOGO correctly IF this were a BOGO SALE. It works slightly differently since it is a BOGO coupon.
