I use this and like it real well.
I have not tried them personally, but my 2 teenagers LOVE them!
I have 3 different flavors and they are great. My kids even love it!! Great way to get them to drink more water. Just 1 squirt for every 8 oz of water. One bottle lasts a while.
My kids, 6 and 3 love this stuff. My parents buy it and whenever we go over they always ask for “the squirt stuff” I think I will buy it and give it to my mom to replace all that they have drank!
It is very nice to travel to ballgames with – I have three boys who play baseball and it makes for inexpensive drinks between games at all day tournaments. You can just bring your own water – or buy the bottle from concessions stands (water is much cheaper than other drinks) and add your own flavoring. I love the sweet tea – my kids like the fruit punch. That is all we have tried but love them both.
My 2 teenagers started drinking MIO and they both LOVE it.I’ve tried it too and it’s really good. It’s definiely worth trying, and stocking up on! Definitely better than soft drinks.
