Here is a sneak peek at the Kroger ad and coupons that begins Sunday, September 30 and runs through Saturday, October 6. This is the Metro-Atlanta/SE Region version of the ad, so be sure and check your ad for any variations.
If you are headed to Kroger this week don’t forget to load your eCoupons: Cellfire, ShortCuts, P&G eSaver & Kroger eCoupons… Don’t forget to check out the Catalina deals before you shop.
This week there are a couple nice in-ad deals. You will get a free gallon of milk (or half gallon of organic milk)or $3 off you purchase (depends on area) when you buy 4 participating General Mills cereals, and the little Mini Mega sale continues where you will get $2 off at checkout when you buy 2 participating Tide or Downy items. As always the price listed is after mega savings.
As always, the check mark indicates either a great stockpile price or a stockpile price with coupon(s). And keep in mind that we have a new shopping list feature on the site. If you need help just visit the HELP PAGE to see how to use it.
Finally, be sure to click “Read More” to see all the sale items!

DO NOT COPY & PASTE THESE DEALS OR MATCHUPS TO ANY OTHER SITE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!
Thank you for the early ad!
On the Cottonelle catalina – I only got a $2 off wyb cottonelle and c. wipes coupon instead of $2 off your next order. I did buy them on separate days but didn’t think that mattered. I bought the right sizes and everything… oh well!
You have to purchase them in the same transaction to get the catalina.
Just looked that up. Thanks. I know I’ve done some in the past and it didn’t matter if it was in same transaction.:)
As far as I know Catalina deals always need the whole deal to be done in the same transaction. They do not track with your Kroger Plus card(or any shoppers card at any other store).
Is the price on the Boar’s Head Ovengold Turkey a typo?? $3.99/lb – the normal sales price is $8.99/lb. That is waaaaay cheap. I’ll have to assume it’s a typo but a girl can dream can’t she?
Tee hee…oops – Yep BIG ol’ typo. That would have been awesome. Sorry about that –it is $8.99/lb!
Okay-I just stocked up on angel soft, what is the cottonell Catalina?
The Simplait Yoplait is included at my store. There is $0.30 off 1 cup in an insert and IP.
does anyone know if Golden Grahams are included in the General Mills cereal deal? tia
Thanks! I was low on kids’ cereal and then noticed the General Mills deal. I bought 4 boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios and a gallon of milk for $5.50 after coupons and Savingstar deposit. Considering milk was $3.39, that’s great! I am always happy to pay less than a dollar per box for cereal. I also shopped Publix (with match-ups from Iheartpublix) and did 3 gas card deals. I spent around $120 on groceries (between Kroger, CVS, and Publix) that padded my stockpile with food that will last for months and I actually winced since it is twice my weekly budget. Before couponing, this was the norm for a fraction of the items and less people and pets in my family. Thanks for all you do!
