Doritos Mail In Rebate For Select States

Val emailed with a great deal for you guys in select states – a Doritos mail in rebate.
Val says that the Doritos are 2/$5 at her West Viginia Kroger store. She found a mail in rebate form attached to the shelf for $5 off of 2 bags. Yay for free Doritos! Val notes that the rebate is only valid for residents in the following states: AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, MA, ME, MN, MO, NJ, RI, SD, VA AND WV.
Gotta love getting paid to shop! Be sure and look for the tearpad when you shop!

Oooh is there any other way to find this rebate form?! I never see those up at my Kroger but I see KY is in the list there!
I am in KY and I see this kind of beer sponsored rebates in Kroger stores or drug stores like Rite Aid. At Kroger, I think I usually see them close to where beer is sold but this is probably different from store to store.
Today I bought two family size 17oz Doritos for $2.98 each. They were $4.48 at regular price and $3 taken off at checkout when buying two family size (there was a price tag showing this deal).
