Kroger Deals – Cheap Potatoes & Sara Lee Pies (Check Your Ad)

November 19, 2012

Kroger DealsHere are a couple of Kroger deals that will vary by region.

Joolz emailed to share that folks in Dayton, OH have a great deal on potatoes. Folks can pick up a 5 pound bag potatoes for only 99¢. She noted that her and her other relatives got a Kroger coupon in the mail this week for $0.75 off any Kroger potatoes.

Check your ad. I think 99¢ is a fabulous price, but -if you got the same coupon you can score a bag of potatoes for only 24¢ – WOW!

While looking at the Dayton ad, I noticed another nice deal that differs from my Atlanta ad. Look at your ad to see if you got Sara Lee pies for BOGO $3.24 or just on sale for $2.99.

You guys who get the BOGO sale can pick up a really nice deal!

Sara Lee Pie, BOGO $3.24 (Dayton OH price)
-$1/1 Sara Lee, Sweet Goods Product 11/04/2012 RP Insert (exp 12/31/2012)
Only 62¢ per pie – WOW!

Sara Lee Pie, $2.99 (Atlanta price)
-$1/1 Sara Lee, Sweet Goods Product 11/04/2012 RP Insert (exp 12/31/2012)
$1.99 per pie – pretty good!

Thanks to Joolz for submitting this deal. She now has an entry to win a $10 gift card in my weekly Email and Win Promotion!! Send in your deal and you could be this week’s winner!

Can you use a coupon gfor the free item in the Dayton area now ?? I know you havent they normally beep at you !!

yes, because it is not a true bogo like the drug stores. For example, is something is $2 and it is on bogo, it will ring up as $1 each. So you can even buy one and get the bogo price. For the drug stores, it would ring up $2 and $0. For Kroger, it would ring up as $1 and $1 if you buy two of them

The sale price for a 10 lb bag of Kroger potatoes in Dodge City, KS is also $1.99. We also received the same kroger coupon. Even better deal! I snatched them up!

Boo – the Central Ohio ad is for $3.99. I can never figure out why our prices are higher, even though we’re closer to their headquarters. Maybe because they double coupons to .99.
