Thanks for posting this. I just ran out to Kroger for this deal and I got it! The deal is for 1/2 loaf of the whole grain bread (at least at my Kroger in GA) 10 for 10 and then with my double coupon, I only had to pay tax. Yay!

I got 5 half loaves yesterday and also just paid taxes. :) I pop them in the freezer and use them one at a time to avoid them going bad.

Went there, used my kroger card and had the coupon, brought one with me.. they doubled it, paid 1 penny. The cashier was also shocked.
So with my extra change, I went to McDonald’s (I know not healthy lol but this is the first time I paid a penny for an item!). I have two more coupons, I am gonna use it and freeze the bread.

how long does frozen bread last for?

  4. Jason Cole says:

Tennessee’s redplum had $0.35 coupons for this, not $0.50.

OH, the half loaf. I never knew there was such a thing. I went today (before reading the comments) and saw the loaves for $1.89. I was so disappointed but I still bought one (.89 is still an okay price for bread in my book). I’m going back though to find those half loaves!

I couldnt find any half loaves at my Kroger store. :-( Are they with all the other bread or somewhere else?
