This week at Kroger they are running a General Mills Free Milk promotion again. This time you get a FREE gallon of milk (or 1/2 gallon Organic Milk) when you buy 4 participating General Mills products.

Here’s the list of inclusions and matching coupons. If you guys find any additional items or coupons, let me know and I will get them added.

There are various cereal inclusions. Many are $1.99, but there are a bunch that are a bit more expensive (various sizes included). I added the cereal inclusions at the bottom of the list.

    According to the cashier at my local Owens, the two $1 off coupons that came in the same ad can’t be used with the Free Milk when you buy four boxes of cereal one. Bummer. Thought I was going to get a steal there.

    I have more cereal than I know what to do with at the moment, but it goes fast.

    I’ll probably pop in there and use the coupon eventually.

    Free milk is free milk.

    I thought I saw at the store today that Golden Grahams was also included in the cereal list – It is not on your list (My son’s favorite – so I checked and their was a tag on it) Most of the “kid” cereals GG, Trix, Lucky Charms, Reese was priced at 4 for $10. Still a good price with $1/2 and free milk.

    I did that yesterday when I went to Kroger’s. I bought cereal to get milk. a good deal but then again not a great deal. Free milk :) yes. Buying cereal no. But nothing is 100% free, eh? haahaha

    toaster strudels are a good deal.. with .50/2 coupon it doubles to $1/2.. buy 4 and use 2 coupons = $6 plus gallon of milk free ($3.19 in WV) 6 toaster strudels and 1 gallon of milk $.86 per item!
