    Also, FYI – the Wholly Guac and Salsa was $1 at my store after the .50 discount wyb 10 items, so they will be free with the coupon!

    Just got back from Kroger – Allen’s green beans were not tagged as part of the sale at my store. Also, only regular Jimmy Dean frozen items were included so the Delightful coupon is not a match for me. I’m in metro ATL.

    I did the purina deal and the catalina worked. I bought the 16oz boxes with the FREE coupons and got (2) $5 off your next order catalinas- Just wanted to confirm for others!

    I’ll never understand why Kroger lists so few items in their ad every mega. I was only interested in maybe 7 of the print ad items but thanks to you advising ALL the possibilities now my shopping list is over 30. They should give you a commission!

    I have never shopped at Kroger the nearest one to me is 40 minutes away, with the ad it would definitely be worth it to me. On the mega items do you have to purchase 10 of the same item to get the 5 off or can you mix and match? Thanks Michelle for all of your hard work on all 3 sites!!

    It’s my understanding that Krogers in my area (ATL) won’t give you overage. So if I buy 2 Reach toothbrushes as part of the Mega Sale and use the $1/2 coupons, that’s $.02 overage. Will the register automatically take the Q to $.98/2 or will the cashier have to manually override? I don’t want to hear the dreaded beep! LOL!

      In my experience the coupons are deducted against the regular price of the item. So if the floss rings up for a $1 and then it deducts the .50 for the mega sale then it wouldn’t beep since the coupon still is looking at the $1. My friend actually just bought the floss today with the $1/2 coupon and it didn’t beep for her.

        My experience in Atlanta is similar. However, I think that the computer looks at the mega price and then adjusts the coupon down if it is going to double and create overage. I bought the French’s Spicy Brown Mustard which is .99 after Mega and my .50 coupon went in as .50 and then .49. So now overage there.

    I have tons of the 2.00/1 Purina dog food coupons, my question is if I use them which makes the product $1.40 is that the price they go buy in order to get the Catalina or do they go by the original price? Thanks!

      The price counted for the catalina is BEFORE coupons. They go by the original price so it would count $3.40 for each one.

      “save $5 at checkout when you buy 10 participating items”

      buying 10 gets you $5 off. If you buy 11-19 you will still only get $5 off. As the sale states it’s $5 for each set of 10.

      I used it with the mega sale. Bought 2 Neosporin at $3.49 (my mega price), 2 Band-Aids at $2.19 (my mega price), used 2 $2/1 Neosporin and 2 $0.50/1 Band-Aid. It took off the $3, so I got 2 Neosporins and 2 Band-Aids for $2.36. In other words, my accident prone family can now live to hurt themselves another day. =)

        That is funny, thanks for you scenario. I plan to try it with the Dove+ Men bodywash, and reach toothbrushes or floss. Use the Reach coupons and the $2.00 coupons for the dove.

    Found Peelies on boxes for FREE Box Betty Crocker Macaroni & Cheese, WYB 2. The Q deducted the PRE-Mega price of .99cents. So you can get 3 (THREE!!!) boxes of Betty Crocker Macaroni & Cheese for $0.49 — so .16cents each. (WYB as part of the MEGA Event).

    @ my store the Kraft BBQ sauce $0.49 in mega has peelies for $1 off Velveeta shells & cheese when you buy the BBQ sauce…..neither of these were on my original list BUT Shells & Cheese for $0.49, I think I will.
