Are all Catalinas given after multiple transactions until you reach the amount needed to spend to earn it or is it only this Stouffer’s deal?

I didn’t get a strip telling me about the $3 OYNO offer (will need to see if it is offered in my area!) but I did get a Stouffer’s cat strip this evening that gave me a Q for $1/3 entrees or French Bread Pizzas as well as a promo code for some rewards points in Stouffer’s Dinner Club (of which I was already a member).

While entering my code on the site (http://dinnerclub.stouffers.com/) I noticed that this month they are offering a $1/any entree IP that members can print out!
