Your first link actually gives a 50 cents off any Duncan Hines Frosting Creations product. http://www.duncanhines.com/ has a $1 off the flavor packet coupons. The 50 cents off could be used on the frosting starter or the flavor packet

For anyone who hasn’t tried this and wondering how it is, it’s the nastiness frosting ever, at least the ones I tried: Orange and the other was white chocolate raspberry. hope this helps.
