It's hard to believe but Memorial Day is next week! The boys are wrapping up their last few days of school and Memorial Day weekend is our official start to summer. I have been working hard to get the boys set up in camps and a variety of activities to keep them entertained while school is out...and to keep them off those video games as much as possible! Of course I have some fun planned as well...we'll be hitting the beach soon. I can't wait for a little sand between my toes!
For now, we are going to kick back and enjoy the first few days of summer and sit by the pool with a few friends. A good Memorial Day barbecue is the perfect way to start the summer off right. If you are looking for a tasty recipe for your holiday menu, you have to try my Buffalo Chicken Burgers. I decided to combine my love for burgers and wings into one tasty meal and the result was absolutely incredible.
I first made this burgers a few weeks ago at a big family gathering in an attempt to come up with a grilling option for a couple of family members who didn't eat red meat. I was tickled when it was time to clean up. There were plenty of regular burgers left but all the Buffalo Chicken Burgers were GONE! Guess I am not the only one who has mad love for wings AND burgers!
The key to this burger is Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo Wing Sauce. I used in when I made the patties and put some out so that folks could add it to their burger as well. A bun and a little blue cheese was all that was needed for an amazing burger that was ready in a flash!
Look for Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo Wing Sauce at your local Kroger and enjoy a twist on their classic flavor. You get a creamy texture that offers a mild heat so it's less spicy than regular buffalo sauce...making it perfect for everyone at your party. It's even perfect for the kiddos as well. It combines two favorite flavors into one.
Try it in my recipe or on as a tasty dip for veggies, chicken and so much more! Grab your coupon and pick up a bottle and save next time you shop at Kroger.
Then just grab a few additional ingredients when you are at Kroger and whip up a batch of my burgers at your Memorial Day gathering and enjoy! Kick off summer with a bang...
